I offer one-on-one psychotherapy for adults, both in-person and online. Sessions are 50 minutes long, and most clients attend weekly or fortnightly, depending on what feels supportive.

Therapy is an investment, and I aim to make it as accessible and sustainable as possible. While I don’t offer Medicare rebates, my fees are set to be similar to the out-of-pocket cost of seeing a psychologist. For those seeking medium- or long-term therapy, this often works out to be more affordable, especially once Medicare sessions are used up.For many, this offers more freedom and consistency beyond the limited number of rebated sessions.
Cancellations or reschedules require at least 48 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations or missed sessions incur the full fee.
